Completed enrollment forms may be returned in any of the following ways:
- Email a copy to k8@pacificcharterschool.org.
- Deliver to the office at 10 Lake St., Point Arena.
- Mail to PCCS, PO Box 984, Point Arena, CA 95468.
- Return to a member of the Enrollment Committee.
- Email a copy to highschool@pacificcharterschool.org.
- Deliver to the office at 200 Lake St., Point Arena.
- Mail to PCCS, PO Box 984, Point Arena, CA 95468.
- Return to a member of the Enrollment Committee.
Note: Students enrolled at PCCS are required to have up-to-date immunizations as required by the California Department of Public Health. Check the Shots for Schools website for the most current requirements.
